Terms of Service

1. Service

GameDispo (“we”, “us”) provides prepaid game hosting, domain-routing packages related to game/SSH access, and a customer panel. We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the service you ordered. Availability targets and credits are described in our Service Level Agreement. Capacity on shared nodes is limited; we may decline, delay, or resize orders when stock is insufficient.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate contact and billing details and keep them current. You are responsible for everyone who uses your account, panel logins, API tokens, and game credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Weak or shared passwords, or failure to secure your services, may void SLA eligibility and can lead to suspension under the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Billing & refunds

Fees are prepaid for the period shown at checkout. Unless required by law, prepaid periods are non-refundable once provisioning has started. Failed payment, chargebacks, or AUP violations may suspend or terminate service without refund. Plan changes take effect according to the checkout flow; unused time is not always transferable.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law in every place your content or traffic is stored, processed, or delivered. We may rate-limit, throttle, filter, migrate, suspend, or terminate services to protect the platform, other customers, or to respond to abuse or legal requests. Suspensions for your breach do not relieve unpaid fees.

5. Resources & fair use

Plans are limited by advertised RAM, CPU share, storage, slots, backends, bandwidth rate, and monthly transfer where shown. Shared hardware may throttle noisy workloads. Burst performance is not guaranteed under contention. “Unmetered” or similar language, if ever used, still means ordinary game-hosting use under fair-use controls — not unlimited abuse of CPU, disk IOPS, connections, or network.

6. Content, mods & games

You own and are solely responsible for your worlds, configs, mods, plugins, binaries, and player data. Custom packs are customer-supplied; we do not guarantee performance or compatibility. You must comply with each publisher’s EULA and third-party licenses. We do not pre-screen content but may remove or restrict material that violates law, the AUP, or third-party rights.

7. Data & backups

Unless a backup option is explicitly sold and enabled for your service, game servers and related packages do not include automatic offsite backups. You must keep your own copies of critical data. We are not liable for data loss from hardware failure, software failure, customer error, attack, or termination, except where law requires otherwise.

8. Network path & protection

DDoS mitigation and edge filtering reduce risk but do not promise uninterrupted play during every attack, maintenance window, or upstream outage. Portions of the path may rely on third-party networks and datacenters; their outages or enforcement actions can affect you. We do not disclose specific suppliers on the marketing site; your contract is with GameDispo.

9. Maintenance

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause downtime. Emergency work may proceed without prior notice when needed to protect security or stability. Maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations as described in the SLA.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a service period is limited to the fees you paid for that affected service in the thirty (30) days before the claim. Service credits under the SLA are the exclusive remedy for covered availability shortfalls. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, players, or data.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify GameDispo against claims, losses, and costs arising from your content, players, mods, misuse of the service, or breach of these terms or the AUP.
