Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This AUP applies to every GameDispo service, including game servers, domain-routing packages, panel access, and APIs. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.
1. Unlawful & harmful use
- Any criminal, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in jurisdictions where your traffic or data is stored or delivered
- Unauthorized access, intrusion attempts, phishing, identity theft, scams, or social engineering
- Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, exploit kits, botnet/C2 infrastructure, or phishing kits
- Child sexual exploitation material, doxxing, violent threats, terrorist propaganda, or content we are legally required to remove
- Hosting or transmitting content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights (including after a valid takedown notice)
2. Network & platform abuse
- Launching, facilitating, or reflecting DoS/DDoS, floods, amplification, or other disruptive traffic
- Port scanning, sniffing, or probing our network or other customers without prior written permission
- IP spoofing, forging headers/routes, or trying to hide the true origin of traffic
- Bypassing rate limits, filters, mitigation, logging, or other security controls
- Open mail relays, open resolvers, DDoS reflectors, or similarly misconfigured services
3. DDoS protection — defensive use only
DDoS protected transit (upstream CosmicGuard scrubbing and our inline native XDP) is provided solely to help keep legitimate game services available under attack. It is a defensive measure, not a competitive advantage to advertise, dare, or use as bait.
- Do not promote, “flex,” or publicly challenge others with claims that your service is DDoS-protected, “unbootable,” or similar — including on server lists, Discord, social media, forums, or in-game chat — in a way that invites or encourages attacks
- Do not disclose GameDispo IP addresses, hostnames, or network details for the purpose of provoking, coordinating, or testing attacks against your service or our platform
- Do not use our services to host “stress tests,” attack showcases, rival “boot” contests, or any activity intended to attract volumetric or application-layer abuse
- Do not treat mitigation capacity as permission to engage in disputes that predictably draw DDoS or related abuse onto our network
If your conduct reasonably appears to invite attacks, or if attacks against your service repeatedly endanger shared infrastructure or other customers, we may null-route, filter, migrate, suspend, or terminate the service without refund, and related incidents will not qualify for SLA credits. Protection does not obligate us to absorb unlimited or targeted abuse resulting from provocation.
4. Fair use of bandwidth & resources
Services are for ordinary game hosting and the domain-routing packages you purchase — not for turning a shared node into a transit, CDN, or storage farm.
- Stay within advertised slot, RAM, CPU share, storage, backend, Mbps, and monthly transfer limits
- Do not run public VPN/proxy exits, TOR exits/relays, mass crawl/scrape farms, seedboxes, media streaming farms, or large public file mirrors
- Do not use domain-routing packages as a general-purpose public proxy for third parties; routes must terminate at backends you control for your own game or admin access
- Cryptocurrency mining, distributed compute farms, and sustained benchmarking that harms neighbors are forbidden
- We may throttle, isolate, migrate, or require an upgrade when usage materially harms other customers or our upstream capacity
5. Email & messaging
Unsolicited bulk email/SMS/chat (spam), purchased lists, spoofing, and phishing drops are prohibited. If a plan allows outbound mail at all, you must follow applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
6. Game servers & mods
- Comply with each game publisher’s EULA and mod/plugin licenses
- Do not distribute proprietary or unlicensed game assets
- Custom mods/plugins/binaries are your responsibility; we do not guarantee they will perform well
- Server-list spam, fake player injection, traffic manipulation, or artificial metrics are prohibited
7. Security & cooperation
You must secure your panel, SSH (where provided), and game accounts. Cooperate with abuse investigations and respond to takedown requests promptly. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension.
8. Resale
Reselling, leasing, or sub-allocating GameDispo capacity requires a written reseller arrangement. You remain responsible for end-user compliance with this AUP.
9. Enforcement
We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate without refund for violations. We may preserve logs and cooperate with law enforcement when required. AUP breaches void SLA credit eligibility for related incidents.
