Service Level Agreement
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This SLA describes availability targets and service credits for GameDispo game hosting and related panel access. Marketing copy that says we “aim for” strong uptime refers to these targets — not a promise of uninterrupted play in every scenario.
1. Targets
- Game network path — target 99.5% availability over any rolling 90-day period for the public network path to your game service (excluding maintenance and exclusions below).
- Customer panel — target 99.9% availability for the control panel when your game process itself remains reachable.
- Mitigation response — we aim to begin active mitigation within 15 minutes of confirmed detection or a validated abuse report for volumetric attacks within our mitigation envelope.
Availability is measured from our monitoring and incident records. Brief blips under sixty (60) consecutive minutes for network path, or panel-only issues while the game remains up, are handled under the credit rules below.
2. Service credits
If we miss a target for a covered service and you are eligible, you may request a service credit proportional to the qualifying downtime, capped at 100% of one month’s fee for the affected service. Credits apply to future GameDispo invoices only, are non-transferable and non-refundable as cash, and are your exclusive remedy for covered availability shortfalls.
Request credits via support within seven (7) days of the incident, with timestamps and a short description. We decide eligibility using our logs and monitoring.
3. Exclusions
The following do not count toward downtime or credits:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Your misconfiguration, mods/plugins, oversized worlds, or failure to secure credentials
- AUP or Terms violations, including fair-use throttling
- Attacks that exceed mitigation capacity, or traffic we must null-route to protect the platform
- Failures of third-party networks, DNS, game publishers, client software, or your home/ISP path
- Force majeure and events outside our reasonable control
- Accounts with overdue invoices
4. Backups
Unless you purchase an explicit backup add-on, game services are not covered by automatic offsite backups under this SLA. You remain responsible for external copies of critical data.
5. Support
Active support is included with standard Minecraft and FiveM plans. We monitor the platform and respond to customer tickets during active support periods on a commercially reasonable basis. This is not a 24/7 staffing guarantee and does not promise instantaneous replies outside those periods.
Stated response times (including any “acknowledgment” targets in product copy) refer to acknowledgment of a valid support request — not guaranteed diagnosis or fix time. Resolution depends on severity, your cooperation, account standing, and any upstream dependencies. Support coverage under this SLA does not expand availability credits beyond Sections 1–3.
6. Changes
We may update this SLA by posting a new version here. Related documents: Terms, AUP. Support: support@gamedispo.com.
